Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for
blue-collar roles
(Operators, Technicians, Apprentices, Helpers, etc.).
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, local networks, field drives, ITIs, and training institutes
.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Build strong networks with local agencies and institutes for continuous talent supply.
Ensure compliance with
MSDE and labor norms
during recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline.
1-6 years of experience in
Blue Collar / Bulk Hiring
(Experience with NAPS/NATS preferred).
Excellent sourcing skills using
online & offline channels
.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
