Job Title: HR Manager Location: ITS CDSR Department: Human Resources Job Summary: ITS College is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training & development, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable the institution to meet its academic and administrative objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall vision of the college. Manage the recruitment and selection process for Faculty, Staff, and administrative staff. Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, PF, ESI, etc.) and oversee payroll coordination with the finance department. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, demands, or other issues. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Conduct orientation programs and on-boarding of new employees. Oversee performance appraisal systems and support faculty/staff evaluation processes. Monitor and enhance employee engagement, welfare, and motivation strategies. Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and training needs. Ensure the college HR policies are up to date and in compliance with statutory regulations. Requirements: Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 57 years of experience in HR management; experience in an educational institution is preferred. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficient in HR - One software .
