Job Description

Job Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing attendance, manpower allocation, recruitment, retention strategies, leave management, reporting, and performance evaluations. The role demands strategic planning and execution to maintain an efficient workforce and align HR policies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Attendance Management: Supervise and ensure accurate site attendance tracking for all employees. Oversee manpower allocation based on attendance data and operational needs. Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Identify staffing needs and initiate requisitions for new manpower. Develop recruitment plans, conduct interviews, and finalize hiring decisions. Negotiate and fix salaries as per company policies and industry standards. Retention & Leave Management: Design and implement employee retention policies to enhance workforce stability. Scrutinize leave applications, approve them post verification, and allocate alternative manpower as needed. Performance Management & KPI Analysis: Prepare JDs for various roles, ensuring clarity in expectations and responsibilities. Define and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure employee contributions. Provide feedback on performance and suggest improvement plans where necessary. Reporting & Compliance: Leverage reporting systems to track HR metrics and workforce efficiency. Evaluate and endorse reports based on actual data and findings. Assign reporting standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in HR documentation. Payroll Access Attendance prepare Salary sheet as per standard and deduction as per standard Validate Statutory Compliances and Deduction as per standard Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management roles, with expertise in attendance tracking, recruitment, retention, and performance evaluation. Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in HR reporting systems and compliance regulations.
