Job Description

Experience: 3 yrs

Position: HR Generalist

Location: Kolkata

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Manage attendance records and corrections.
Administer compensation and payroll programs, ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and industry standards.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Design and conduct employee training and development programs.
Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts or issues.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Prepare Key Result Areas (KRAs) and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Plant Head.
Stay informed about current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies.
Manage security operations.
Organize and oversee cultural activities
