Job Summary:

Assistant HR Manager Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and exit formalities.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and systems across departments.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and career development discussions.
Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational needs.
Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture building.
Generate and maintain HR MIS reports, attendance, and leave records.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven HR generalist experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type:

We will search for HR candidate with the following two options :

BIM/XLRI/TISS/ MBA HR from other leading Management Institutes like VIT etc – experience 3 years. Salary open.
DG Vaishnav HR course – experience 5 years. Salary could be 10 to 12 lakhs.
