HRIS Specialist

As an HRIS Specialist at Axway, you will be responsible for designing, building, running, and maintaining reports to process HR data in order to support business decisions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with HR and other teams to identify report needs, analyze data trends, improve processes, and provide actionable insights. You will play a key role in building reports by gathering data from HRIS sources and working with teams to develop dashboards that support business strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data, performing audits on data accuracy, identifying issues, and trends to enhance data accuracy. Ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards will be a critical part of your role. Your work will also involve interacting with stakeholders at Corporate, Country, and Business levels by providing reports necessary to fulfill legal demands, respond to RFPs, and complete annual reports. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business, or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI is mandatory, while knowledge of other tools is considered a plus. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this role. You should be able to work effectively in a global environment, with fluency in English and knowledge of French being advantageous.
