We are currently seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive HR excellence and empower our people this role is based on site in India.

Role & Responsibilities


  • Act as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

  • Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance management, learning, and development initiatives.

  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring and culture transformation.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on HR policies and strategies to support business goals and enhance workforce productivity.


Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR business partnering, with a strong track record in employee relations and talent management.

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a dynamic environment.


Preferred:


  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.

  • Experience in the technology or digital innovation sectors.
