We Are Hiring! | HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Hosur Location We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team at a leading automotive manufacturing company based in Hosur. Experience Required: 12+years Role Split: 70% HRBP responsibilities, 30% IR (Industrial Relations) focus Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategy and business outcomes. Employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational development. Handle IR activities, including liaising with unions, managing employee grievances, compliance, and maintaining harmonious employee relations. Implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Who Were Looking For: Strong HRBP background with a solid understanding of Industrial Relations. Experience in an automotive manufacturing setup preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage stakeholders and drive change.
