Job description Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc. Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate Lining up of candidates for Interview Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline Managing the online job postings, social media presence etc. Who should join us The ideal candidate will have a combination of following aspects Inclination to make a mark in the field of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) Excellent relationship management / people engagement skills Superior communication skills Ability to work in tight deadlines A very not so common attribute called Common-sense During the training period the trainee will be paid a stipend of INR 15K per month Post successful completion of training the candidate can expect a permanent job offer for salary up to INR 4.2 lacs per annum * (inclusive of retiral benefits & performance based incentives) *Basis performance during the training period.
