Job Description

We are currently looking for an HR Specialist who is prepared to lead HR operations and provide support in recruitment procedures. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Your duties will also include ensuring accurate HR documentation and compliance, collaborating with different teams to ensure a smooth employee experience, and assisting in recruitment by managing scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate coordination. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, be proficient in HRIS tools with a preference for Zoho, possess a basic understanding of recruitment workflows, demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, and have a people-first mindset. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon.
