As an HR Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HR operations and providing essential support in recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring the accuracy of HR documentation and compliance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall employee experience. Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate coordination. We are seeking candidates with at least 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, proficiency in HRIS tools (preferably Zoho) and HR policies, a basic understanding of recruitment workflows, strong organizational and communication skills, and a people-first mindset.
