Job Summary

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using various methods including job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and recruitment agencies
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage feedback loop
Maintain candidate pipeline and track hiring progress using internal tools
Draft and post job descriptions based on project and departmental requirements
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating documentation, joining formalities, and induction sessions
Maintain recruitment-related data and prepare regular reports
Assist in employer branding efforts at job fairs and college hiring events
Stay updated on hiring trends in the infrastructure and construction sectors

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in infrastructure / construction / engineering companies
Familiarity with job roles in civil, mechanical, electrical, and site operations
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and recruitment software
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Preferred Skills

Experience in bulk and project-based hiring
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment
Exposure to technical hiring (Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Safety Officers, etc.)
Multilingual abilities are a plus
