HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our recruitment process and help us build a strong team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various platforms and job boards
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
