Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter & Operations Executive to join our team at Tagore Medical College and Hospital. The ideal candidate will assist in managing recruitment activities and support day-to-day HR operations. This role is suitable for fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources within a healthcare and academic environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for faculty, doctors, nurses, administrative, and support staff. Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and coordinate with recruitment agencies. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with departments. Maintain and update the candidate database. General Administration: Provide administrative support in HR daily operations and documentation. Help organize staff welfare activities, training, and meetings. Support in handling employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field. Gender: Male candidates only (as per operational requirements).
