Candidate Requirements:

Should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to network in order to build an exemplary IT department for the company.
Must be comfortable working in Night Shift (Work from Home).
Strong understanding of technical requirements.
Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
Proficient in English.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
Must have a personal Laptop with a high-speed internet connection.
