3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a
strong focus on Embedded Systems
hiring.
Solid understanding of embedded technologies: C/C++, RTOS, ARM architecture, Firmware, Device Drivers, PCB, Microprocessors, IoT, etc.
Experience recruiting for roles like
Embedded Software Engineer

Firmware Engineer

Hardware Design Engineer

Systems Engineer
, etc.
Proficient with ATS tools, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
