Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern who is eager to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and working closely with recruiters and clients.

Responsibilities:

*Assist in posting jobs across various platforms

*Actively search and screen resumes to find suitable candidates

*Communicate with candidates via phone, email, or chat

*Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

*Maintain candidate databases and documentation

*Support recruitment and admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

*Must be active, reliable, and enthusiastic

*Good communication skills in English

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace

*Any graduate or students from any educational background can apply

Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus
