Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for agriculture and field roles
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards
Build and manage a pipeline of candidates for critical agri roles like Field Executives, Cluster Managers, Agronomists, etc.
Collaborate closely with HR, operations, and business leads to align hiring plans
Deliver a
great candidate experience
from screening to onboarding

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in
recruitment
, preferably in
agri/FMCG/startup
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with
job portals and sourcing techniques
Fluent in both Hindi and English
must have
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment
