Job Description

At least 2 years of experience in end to end recruitment life cycle
Should have Recruiting Strategies to reach out the top technical talent through social media and different job portals
Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and schedules interview and seamlessly manage coordination
Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates. Arrange online and walk-in interviews as required for shortlisted candidates
Timely updated and maintaining correct data in the respective recruitment databases/trackers
Follow-up with the candidates till the position get closed.
Do assist the various teams in the organization to find out the right fit candidate for the different job roles
Drive offer process - including compensation recommendations, extending offers and closing candidates
Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Host and participate in job fairs and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing exceptional talent
Strong knowledge in hiring both technical and non-technical candidates
Proven ability to source niche engineering candidates in a competitive hot market
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipeline
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, sense of team, and a desire to learn
Effective time-management abilities and proficiency in handling systems
