Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 8 to 9+ years

Ctc- upto 10.80 lpa (depends on interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor law-related documentationMaintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.Track and improve employee retention metrics, identify attrition trends, and build retention plansCoordinate and execute the performance appraisal processHandle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutionDrive cultural building initiatives, ensuring alignment with the companys values, vision, and fast-paced start-up work environmentLead employee engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentialitySupport organizational development and manpower planning with department heads.

Requirements (Essential Skills):

Minimum 8 to 9+ years of hands-on experience in core HR roles.Strong understanding of labour laws, HR policies, compliance, and statutory obligations.Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skillsBachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMust be located in or willing to commute to Thane or nearby areas.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Confident, proactive, and capable of independently handling the HR department.
Stable work history with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
