About the Role

HR & Learning Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development (L&D) Operations

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training programscalendar invites, virtual setup, room bookings, and trainer support.
  • Manage learner communications (pre- and post-session), attendance tracking, and feedback survey administration.
  • Administer Learning Management System (LMS): upload content, assign courses, track completions, and generate reports.
  • Maintain and update training calendars, dashboards, and documentation for L&D metrics and audits.
  • Support leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training programs.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Assist in improving L&D templates, SOPs, and invoice tracking.

HR Operations

  • Coordinate onboarding and induction to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
  • Manage employee lifecycle events—EFM, promotions, transfers, leaves, and separations.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity (Workday): employee records, hierarchies, and structural updates.
  • Prepare payroll inputs, validate summaries including statutory deductions, and coordinate with vendors and PEOs.
  • Support employee helpdesk (e.g., Freshworks), resolving queries and encouraging use of self-service tools.
  • Partner with labor law consultants to ensure compliance with Indian employment regulations and support audit readiness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, L&D coordination, or payroll.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, LMS platforms, and helpdesk tools (e.g., Freshworks) preferred.
  • Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Process-driven, detail-focused, and eager to learn and grow.
