Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and job specifications
  
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, references, and networking
  
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates
  
• Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further rounds with clients
  
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  
• Maintain and update recruitment records and databases
  
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
  
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
  
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and use of job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree (Preferably in HR, Management, or related field)
  
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
