Job Description

As an integral member of the team, you will support the recruitment process by assisting in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates. Utilizing online channels such as social platforms and professional networks, you will source and identify qualified individuals for open positions. Your role will involve screening incoming resumes and application forms, ensuring that only suitable candidates progress in the selection process. In addition, you will play a key role in scheduling and coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates, as well as assisting in the interview process, which may include conducting initial interviews. It will be your responsibility to maintain and update candidate databases accurately to track the progress of each applicant. Regular communication with candidates to provide updates on the status of their applications will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the recruitment process. This is a full-time position that offers the benefit of Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in person at Mapuca, Goa.
