HR Executive / HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:


    Manage the entire hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Onboarding & Induction:


    Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires, making them feel welcomed and integrated.
  • Employee Relations:


    Handle employee grievances, build positive working relationships, and maintain a healthy work culture.
  • Policy Development & Implementation:


    Draft, review, and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Compliance & Labor Law Adherence:


    Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment-related legal requirements.
  • Performance Management Support:


    Assist in implementation and monitoring of performance management systems and feedback mechanisms.
