Manage job postings and applications on portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Maintain and update candidate databases for future opportunities. *Key Skills:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
