Role & responsibilities Payroll Management Managing end-to-end payroll processing and administration Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees. Attendance management of all existing employees through I-Secure tool. Processing the monthly HR statutory compliances with help of external vendor. HR Operation Generating the offer, appointment letter for the selected candidates. Handling documentation process for new joiner candidates. Managing Exit Process. Preparing the relieving and experience letters of relieved employees. Recruitment Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Any other work given by the management, Preferred candidate profile Should be comfortable to join immediately Perks and benefits PF BONUS
