Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : Drive and support HR digitalization initiatives, automation projects, and process improvements. Build and manage HR dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI . Work extensively with SAP HR modules and other HR IT systems for data management and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support the creation of predictive analytics models and provide actionable insights for HR strategy. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security in all HR digitalization and reporting activities. Identify opportunities for innovation in HR processes through technology. Provide user training and support for HR digital tools and platforms.
