HR cum Business Development (Fresher)

CodingClave Development LLP is looking for a Fresher Female HR Executive who is enthusiastic, career-driven, and ready to grow with the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for HR responsibilities as well as business development tasks. This is a full-time on-site position based in Vrindavan Yojna, Sector 10A, Lucknow . Key Responsibilities: Assist in hiring and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and handle basic HR operations. Coordinate with colleges/institutions for internships and training tie-ups. Reach out to potential clients/students for service promotion. Assist in handling social media and follow-up communication. Work closely with the core team to support organizational growth. Required Skills: Good communication skills (English & Hindi). Confident and presentable personality. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet. Willingness to learn and work on multiple roles. Must be punctual, responsible , and have a positive attitude .
