Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws such as CLRA, RC Registration, PF Act, ESI Act, Bonus Act, Factory Act, EPF, ESIC & Labor Compliance.
  • File returns on time for various statutory registers like PF, ESI & Labour Welfare Board.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave management.
  • Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures related to employment law.
  • Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues or concerns related to labor compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws including CLRA, RC Registration, PF Act, ESI Act etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide clear instructions to employees.
  • Proficiency in filing returns under different acts (PF, ESI) on time.
