Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRMS & Records Management:

    • Maintain and regularly update employee records and databases in the HRMS system.
  • Recruitment Coordination:

    • Schedule candidate interviews, prepare interview documentation, and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Onboarding & Medical Coordination:

    • Organize pre-employment medical check-ups and handle complete onboarding formalities for new joiners.
    • Coordinate annual medical check-ups and ensure medical fitness compliance for employees.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    • Draft and manage HR letters, documentation, and employee correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Attendance & Leave Management:

    • Monitor employee attendance via the biometric system, report anomalies, and assist in attendance regularization.
    • Maintain and update online leave records; generate monthly leave and manpower reports.
  • Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

    • Conduct regular employee rounds to identify issues or grievances, escalating to HR management when necessary.
    • Support daily HR operations and foster a positive work environment.
