Hiring " BGV Executive" for Mphasis. You will be hired in the payroll of Lynkstr and deputed to client's location (contractual role). Roles/ Responsibilities: Follow up with each of the Function Managers and Vendors on the Background Verifications. Review and analyze Daily reports shared by BGV vendors Observe, analyze, and improve on the process followed by each function and publish periodic, relevant and effective dash boards on real time basis. Work closely with other teams and Service provider for process understanding and fixing the gaps, if any. Understand Global company policies, process and procedures which enhance your understanding capability and further suggestions towards automation / improvisation in the current process. Requirements: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Background verification Flexible to working different shifts and work extra hours if needed. Must have good written skills, articulate, and express thoughts/ ideas clearly. Need to be ready to learn and work on new assignments. Ability to meet timelines with efficiency and zero errors. Working knowledge of Microsoft tools including excel, word and PPT, more preference towards MS Excel and number work efficiency along with PPT. Be a good team player (Work as a team to resolve queries/problems, good with numbers and analytical skills).
