Time office management To manage welfare activities Making PR ,Po & invoice booking Training & Development Knowledge: Knowledge on Contract labour Act Knowledge on minimum wages Act Knowledge on factories act. Good knowledge related to excel Knowledge about training & development Skills requirement: Interpersonal Skills Manpower management skills Communication Skills Innovative skills Conflict management Human relationship skills Problem solving skills Additional requirement: Ability to read and speak local language. Ready to travel extensively.
