Job Description

Designation: Admin & HR Manager Qualification: Graduate Experience: 2-4 yrs Salary Range- 25k – 40k pm. Location: Noida Sector 63   Responsibilities: 1.     Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2.     Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and ensure company policy and procedure adherence. 3.     Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs and budgetary constraints. 4.     Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and office layout. Monitor and manage vendor contracts and relationships to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness. 5.     Develop and implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. 6.     Develop and maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 7.     Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency. 8.     Collaborate with other departments to streamline organizational communication and operations. 9.     Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions to enhance administrative operations.
