Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate reports and analytics as needed. Raise tickets as needed
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies,total rewards programs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Support and maintain employee records, dashboards
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HR

3+ years of experience in HR/ compensation, or benefits administration.

Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Success Factor, SAP, Oracle) and benefits platforms will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, power Point and data analysis.
