What will your essential responsibilities include? Serves as the support for a team of HRBPs fronting employee transactions, policy advisory etc. for 1000+ employees based in India Handle employee lifecycle from hire to exit from policies to process management Work with HRBP’s on projects like POSH trainings, vendor management etc. Manages HR programs within the business or function. Manage the complex quantitative and qualitative analyses of workforce data. Works on employee communication mailers, templates etc. Also provides data analytical support to Business HR’s for their respective spans. You will report to the Senior Manager, HR. This role will support key HR functions including HR operations, learning management systems (LMS), payroll analysis, and talent acquisition analytics across the USA, Europe and APAC regions. You will act as the first point of contact for employee queries, manage HR systems (Workday), and ensure seamless execution of HR processes while maintaining compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries across the USA, Europe and APAC regions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Manage and update HR systems (Workday) with employee data, absence records, job changes, and document uploads. Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user support, and reporting. Support payroll analysis including audits, reconciliations, and coordination with finance/payroll teams. Provide data support and analytics for the Talent Acquisition function (e.g., recruitment dashboards, metrics tracking).
