Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, facilitating communication, identifying training needs, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives
  • Ensuring the smooth execution of daily preboarding tasks and adherence to company policies
  • Leading, mentoring, and providing guidance to a team of preboarding administrators
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication channels within the team and with other departments
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the preboarding process, escalating as needed.
  • Create strong partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders, attending regular calls, to build understanding of process and satisfaction in the service

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in team leadership and administration, particularly in recruitment administration or onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of preboarding processes and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
