As the MEP Project Engineer, you'll manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across hospitality propertiesensuring installations are technically sound, compliant, on schedule, and aligned with hotel standards during new builds, fitouts, and upgrades. Key Responsibilities Design & Coordination Review and validate MEP drawings/designs, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards Collaborate closely with architects, structural teams, interior designers, and contractors to integrate services seamlessly into construction plans. Installation & Supervision Supervise on-site MEP installations (HVAC, fire protection, electrical distribution, plumbing), ensuring adherence to quality and safety benchmarks. Conduct regular site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and lead commissioning and testing activities. Cost & Project Control Prepare cost estimates and track budgets for MEP scopes; report variances and propose control measures. Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules for MEP execution to ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Civil Engineering. 7–10 years of experience in MEP project engineering, preferably within hospitality or hotel construction. Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire-safety systems, and relevant MEP engineering design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MS Project). Strong project management, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications PMP, LEED, or equivalent green-building credentials.
