1. RFQ stage As per BOM received from RFQ Team, send RFQ to suppliers and get part and tooling quote from LTS suppliers. Compare quote and send for review to HOD / SCM team. Discuss and get feasibility points from supplier and conclude with R&D team. Finalize supplier and submit cost to RFQ team for review. 2. Identification of right supplier After receipt of drawing, send RFQ to LTS suppliers for Mass Production Part feasibility, Capacity Review.
