Hostess/GRE

s a Hostess, you are the first point of contact for guests. You will greet guests, manage reservations, escort them to tables, and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival.
• Manage waitlists and reservations using booking software or manually.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables.
• Maintain an organized and clean reception and lobby area.
• Provide menus and introduce guests to the assigned server.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Hostess or in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, EatApp) is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
