Job Title: Hostess
Location: Marine Drive, Mumbai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Tips + Meals
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 day per week (as per standard schedule)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation at the front desk area
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the venue
• Assist in managing the flow of guests during events and banquets

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred
• Pleasant personality, good communication skills, and grooming standards
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
