Job Summary:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Efficiency

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative and non-clinical operations across departments.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor resource utilization and suggest areas for cost control and efficiency improvement.

2. Patient Experience

  • Support front-office teams in managing patient flow, appointments, admissions, and discharges.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks impacting patient satisfaction.
  • Collect and act on patient feedback to improve service delivery.

3. Staff Coordination

  • Liaise with nursing, paramedical, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning.
  • Help train and onboard new operations personnel.

4. Vendor & Facility Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for medical supplies, housekeeping, biomedical equipment maintenance, and utilities.
  • Ensure timely preventive maintenance and address infrastructure issues.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain and update operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI/other accreditation standards.
  • Assist with audits and documentation.

6. Technology & Systems

  • Support the use of HIS (Hospital Information System) or EMR platforms.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with IT for escalations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA/MHA preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in hospital/clinic operations or healthcare administration.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards, compliance, and accreditation protocols (e.g., NABH).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HIS/EMR software tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
