Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing world-class service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international clients/customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Manage customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
• Communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Use CRM and other software tools to update customer details and follow-ups.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency and clear accent preferred).
• Comfortable handling international calls with diverse accents.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Prior experience in International Voice Process or BPO is an advantage but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Ability to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
