• Data Analysis & Requirements

  Gathering: Assess and analyze data needs at both system and sub-system levels to support business objectives.

• Power BI & SQL Development:

  Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and relational databases using SQL, SSRS, and SSAS for advanced data modeling and integration.

• Business Intelligence Enablement

  : Train and mentor teams on Power BI and other Microsoft BI tools, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

• Quality Assurance & UAT:

  Implement rigorous quality control and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes for regular and ad hoc reporting.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work seamlessly across geographical and cultural boundaries, ensuring consistency in data reporting and insights delivery.

• Technical & Business Translation:

  Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, making data accessible and impactful for stakeholders.

• Coaching & Mentorship:

  Guide junior colleagues in both technical skills and commercial awareness, ensuring a strong and capable BI team.
