Job Description

Channel Sales:
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners (brokers, real estate agents, IPCs, etc.).Drive partner activation, training, and sales conversion support.Plan and execute regular broker meets, site visits, and relationship-building events.Track partner performance and provide them with necessary support (collateral, incentives, etc.).Manage channel partner payments, documentation, and compliance.Direct Sales:Handle walk-in clients, leads from digital campaigns, or in-house marketing teams.Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.Convert high-quality leads into bookings and close sales as per targets.Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale for referrals and satisfaction.
