Role & responsibilities Job Overview The Sales Head will spearhead the company's sales efforts for AAC blocks, focusing on achieving revenue targets, expanding market reach, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role requires extensive experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and an in-depth understanding of the AAC industry. Responsibilities and Duties Develop sales plans and strategies for the AAC block product line, identifying growth opportunities in new and existing markets. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, setting performance standards and ensuring achievement of individual and team goals. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through excellent customer service. Monitor market developments and competitors to refine sales strategies and remain competitive. Collaborate with other departments, including production and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales performance reports to executive leadership, including analysis of revenue trends and market positioning. Job Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred. Experience: 10+ years in a senior sales position, with experience in the construction or building materials sector. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes sales interactions.
