Location: Hyderabad-Raheja Mindspace - B16


Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced and articulate International Voice Process Executives with C1-level English proficiency to manage inbound and outbound voice interactions with international clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls from international customers, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups, surveys, product/service feedback, lead qualification, or sales campaigns as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of language fluency and professionalism during all customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using internal CRM or support systems. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., average handling time, quality scores, CSAT, FCR).
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and process changes to deliver accurate information.
  • Adhere to compliance and data security policies aligned with international standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).

Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Any Bachelor's degree or UG(Intermediate/Diploma) in any discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum C1 level English proficiency (as per CEFR or equivalent testing standard).
  • 1-4 years of experience in an international voice process (inbound/outbound or blended).
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and call handling software.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • International BPO or contact center experience with US/UK/Australia-based clients.
  • Familiarity with service metrics and KPIs in a voice-based customer support setting.
