Hiring For Desktop Support L2


We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Desktop Support Associate to join our IT support team. As


Key Responsibilities:

  • Required basic knowledge in network, routing, OSI model, Cloud computing, Firewall, Security and Switches
  • Good Knowledge of hardware and ability to work with desktop and Laptop machines.
  • Hands-on knowledge in OS installation and configuration of all versions of Windows
  • Ability to handle day-to-day ticketing process and floor operations.
  • Should have the ability to analyse and narrow down the issue for a quick resolution.
  • Proficient in handling the day-to-day asset transaction and Site inventory.
  • Proficient in Asset management.
  • Able to process new asset deployment.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a critical situation.
  • Required to be available in extended workload situations.
  • Flexible to work both day and night shifts.
  • Need effective communication skills to work with operations users and other departments and understand the issues clearly.
  • To be able to escalate and communicate with the client IT teams for External Environment issues.
  • Should be a Team Player, understand the team dynamic, and work with the team.
  • Flexible to work both day and night shifts


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications.
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support or related IT support roles. Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows OS (Windows 10, 11) and OS environments.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and group policies.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience with common productivity software (e.g., MS Office Suite, email clients, VPNs), Knowledge of desktop imaging, deployment tools, and device management, Understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
  • Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT support field, Should be a Team Player, understand the team dynamic, and work with the team
  • On-call or after-hours support may be required based on business needs.
