Job Description

Hiring for International Voice Process ! We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team and ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer interaction, problem-solving, and maintaining long-term client relationships Roles and Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, and chat Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed Maintain customer records and update system information accurately Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply Salary Offered: 18,000 - 22,000 in-hand + other benefits.
