CRM Operations & Database Management
Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of client and property data in the CRM.
Monitor entries to avoid duplicates or missing records.
Generate pipeline and lead quality reports daily/weekly, and flag anomalies to management.
Lead Tracking & Opportunity Management
Track opportunities from lead generation to conversion.
Assign leads to sales agents based on segmentation, priority, and workload.
Set tasks and reminders within CRM for timely follow-ups.
Client Engagement & PostSales Coordination
Monitor client feedback and resolve issues related to documentation, legalities, loan processes, handover, etc. from booking through possession.
Liaise between clients and relevant departments (sales, legal, finance, operations).
