Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-level to executive roles across departments.

  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and job alignment.

  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and diversity hiring initiatives.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to improve processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems- Zoho.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
